RivieraPool awarded the "Golden Wave" three times

Geeste, June 2017 – In spring, the magazine "Schwimmbad & Sauna", Europe's largest pool & spa magazine, presented the innovation prize "Golden Wave" for pioneering developments in the field of pool and wellness technology for the seventh time. RivieraPool was pleased to receive three such awards in the categories "Swimming Pools", "Whirlpools" and "Sauna/Infrared/Steam Bath Accessories". In each of the eight categories, three awards are presented. The "Golden Wave" is awarded every two years. "To win three awards in a single year is a great honor for us and proves that we are successful with our work," says Marketing Director Uwe Rengers, enthusiastically describing the event.

Winner in the Category "Whirlpools"

With its portable whirlpool models "Strato 2.0 and 2.3", RivieraPool took the main prize in the category "Whirlpools". The new Strato models also come with a "daybed" included, thanks to their insulating hardtop cover for the subsequent chill-out. The daybed, a padded lounge surface made of outdoor vinyl material, is built so sturdily that it can support two people while positioned over the pool. The innovative chill-out zone is patent-pending. With this product, RivieraPool is setting new standards in the whirlpool market. It is oriented towards current trends in outdoor living and visually relies on a straight-lined, puristic design language, as reflected in contemporary architecture and pool design. The jury was convinced and awarded the  "Golden Wave" to RivieraPool and its "whirlpool generation representing the new sense of living".

RivieraPool was also honored for its work with a "Golden Wave" award in the categories "Swimming Pools" and "Sauna/Infrared/Steam Bath Accessories". The MLine pre-fabricated swimming pools, on the market since late 2015, are manufactured, like all pre-fabricated pools from RivieraPool, from durable GRP material and are already finished with mosaic or ceramic at the factory. Special feature: Not only is the shell of the pool made of multi-layer epoxy-acrylate, but the mosaic or stone surface is also glued and grouted with epoxy resin. This creates a homogeneous material structure, and all layers of the pool have the same surface tension. The pool compensates for movements during transport or temperature differences through its elasticity, and the joints remain seamlessly tight. As a result, the pools have a particularly long lifespan. "The MLine not only looks good, but also saves time and money," the jurors also agreed.

With the sauna plunge pool "Karo Ice Cube", RivieraPool has developed the perfect addition to any modern sauna area. The cold plunge pool is equipped with generous steps as standard, and the steps and floors have non-slip profiling. A partial overflow gutter drains displaced water and serves as a safety overflow. "The visual highlight is an acrylic glass rim, which makes the water content stand out like an ice block in the environment, and thus already visually evokes the association of cooling off," the jury judged regarding the new plunge pool.
