Modena - Swim and Fun: Swim, whirl and be fit.

This new motto recently led to the Golden Wave award in the swimming pool industry. The reason for the award was "thinking outside the box", the multiple benefits of the new compact swimming pools and the clear focus on aqua fitness. This refers to the Modena model range from the German manufacturer RivieraPool: prefabricated epoxy acrylate swimming pools in sandwich construction with counter-current and massage systems that offer the bather fitness and relaxation in a compact footprint. All equipment is prefabricated and factory-installed.

Modena 520 is the first SwimSpa with a depth of 1.5 m:
This is absolutely necessary for aqua fitness.  Extensive massages are made possible by integrating the FunPak F4 – a four-function massage system that offers powerful counter-current swimming as well as relaxing back, neck or calf massages. A spacious technical shaft accommodates all components and, thanks to the factory prefabrication, saves a lot of time during the construction phase on site.

Aqua fitness is at the heart of the Modena Swim & Fun.
After a light warm-up swim, there is an exercise phase in front of the counter-current system. Foot and knee exercises on the built-in stainless steel bars are followed by hip and spine exercises on grab rails and a handrail installed across the corner. After shoulder exercises on the bar and arm exercises on the wall, there is a cool-down and massage of the shoulder, back, leg and foot in the shallow water zone of the pool in the front bathing area.

There, 10 microjets, a masterjet massage nozzle for the back massage, a powerful water cascade for the back and a floor geyser for the foot, leg and calf massage are available. The pool features an under-floor roller shutter with solar panels to absorb thermal energy from the sun and prevent evaporation and dirt accumulation. By turning a key switch, the cover opens and closes automatically. A measure for increased safety is the roller shutter ledge, which serves to support the roller shutter cover. In the worst-case scenario, the neighbor's kid only gets wet feet; worse consequences are prevented because the roller shutter rests firmly on the safety ledge.

The Modena Swim & Fun can be chosen with either a sand or cartridge filter.  All units are pre-assembled and installed at the factory.
Impurities are filtered out, and a control unit takes care of all functions in the pool such as filtration intervals, heating, lighting and more.
The Modena is even available as a self-supporting construction.
For use on a roof garden, the pool can be delivered completely self-supporting so that it can be covered on-site with facade cladding or finished with a ship's deck floor.

Swimming pool for compact gardens:
The Modena Swim & Fun is designed for the "private spa", the indoor or outdoor wellness area. Due to rising land prices, the compact design of the Modena 520 is highly convenient for the builder. Thus, a complete swimming pool with all massage facilities and a complete roller shutter cover can be realized on a footprint of 3 x 7 meters.  Including all the equipment, which is compactly installed in the technical shaft. A separate plant room is therefore not required.  Only a water and power connection are needed.  The pool is delivered directly to the customer's property and installed by the local swimming pool specialist dealer.  An excavation pit with a concrete slab accommodates the pool. A concrete backfill secures the structure and supports the patio paving in the long term.  Swimming, bubbling and being fit quickly becomes possible for every home owner,  because due to modern factory prefabrication, these prefabricated swimming pools are installed ready for swimming in the new bathing garden within 2-3 days.
