The Rengers Group of Companies at a glance

- "Rengers Kunststoffverarbeitungs GmbH & Co. KG" in Geeste-Dalum is the nucleus of the company and is responsible for the manufacturing of swimming pools and whirlpools. The company was founded in 1964 by Josef and Gisela Rengers and initially focused on the production of plastic products for agriculture. In 1970, the company founders switched to the production of swimming pools, with whirlpools added in 1978; Peter Rengers is the managing director.

- "RivieraPool Fertigschwimmbad GmbH", founded in 1976, has its headquarters at Klöcknerstraße in Geeste-Dalum and is responsible for sales and marketing of all products under the "RivieraPool®" brand; Guido Rengers is the managing director, Uwe Rengers is the head of marketing communication.

- The Slovakian production site "Reku Slovakia spol. S.ro" has been supplying the Eastern and Western European markets since 1993.  The plant is run by senior boss Josef Rengers and with the increasing support of Peter Rengers.   

Markets
To date, more than 10,000 swimming pools and whirlpools of the RivieraPool brand have been installed in private gardens and indoor pools, in hotels, municipal leisure pools and sports centers worldwide. Around 400 cruise ships and private yachts on the world's oceans are also equipped with RivieraPools.  About 50 percent of all pools go abroad. The focus is on European countries, with the most distant pool located in Chile and the most distant whirlpool in Siberia. In Europe, RivieraPool is now one of the leading suppliers of prefabricated swimming pools, and the company is the market leader in Germany. Installation and on-site service are carried out by certified specialist dealers. Delivery of the pools is handled by the manufacturer itself, using a fleet of seven special vehicles.

Manufacturing Method
The one-piece pools are made of easy-care and durable epoxy acrylate, also known as glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP). RivieraPool relies on the "system swimming pool" principle: customers can assemble their customized pool from an extensive range of sizes, colors, steps, handrails, and functional technical equipment such as counter-current systems, massage jets, or roller shutter covers. New to the range is the MLine - a finished pool that can be tiled with mosaic at the factory. In the "RivieraIndividual" series, individually designed pool plans are also possible, creating unique specimens in shape, color, and size; the largest pool built in this series to date is 20 meters long.

RivieraPool whirlpools consist of a high-quality acrylic glass surface. They are available as portable whirlpools, built-in whirlpools, and individually designable whirlpools. At the Aquanale at the end of 2015, RivieraPool presented the relaunch of its whirlpool range with new designs and new functionalities. 

When planning and designing pool landscapes, RivieraPool cooperates closely with architects and garden and landscape planners, as well as with its certified dealers. To support prospective buyers in their decision-making process, RivieraPool is increasingly investing in exhibition centers: 

At the company headquarters on Klöcknerstraße in Geeste-Dalum, located directly on the A31, is the RivieraPool Exhibition Center for Prefabricated Swimming Pools and Whirlpools, which opened in 2003. In terms of size and variety, the exhibition center is unique in Europe: on 1900 square meters  of indoor exhibition space and extensive outdoor areas, RivieraPool showcases pool landscapes of various variations and styles. In order to meet customer demand for nationwide advice and viewing of pool landscapes, RivieraPool has opened further exhibition centers in recent years in cooperation with dealers and other manufacturers, including in Koblenz, Neuötting, Rheinau, Ehningen, Oberthal, Mitrach, Schwetzingen, and Uhdingen on Lake Constance.
